- High Bay & Flood Lights: 5-Year Comprehensive Warranty against LED chip failure and driver surge burnout (up to 10kV).
- Commercial Panels & Downlights: 3-Year Factory Warranty.
- Returns & Claims: For project discrepancies or transit damage, please initiate a ticket within 7 business days of delivery with photos of the damaged luminaire and serial/batch number.
