Terms and Conditions of Commercial Supply
Welcome to PVS SPARKS LED Systems Pvt. Ltd. By issuing a Purchase Order (PO) or placing an online order through our digital commerce portal, you agree to our standard manufacturing and supply terms:
- Pricing & Taxes: All industrial product pricing is quoted in INR (₹). GST (18%) is applied as per Indian Tax Regulations. Valid GSTIN numbers must be supplied at checkout for tax credit claims.
- Lead Times & Dispatch: Standard industrial fixtures are dispatched within 48 to 72 hours following SMT burn-in quality checks. High-volume project orders (>500 units) will follow agreed factory production schedules.
- Freight & Logistics: Transit risk is insured under carrier terms. Consignees must inspect package seals upon delivery before signing carrier proof of delivery (POD).
